A new Open Access article by Professor Olaf Corry, co-authored with Professor Duncan McLaren (Lancaster University), has been published in Global Policy. Professor Corry explains:

In it we explore underlying reasons why the first UN resolutions on governance of geoengineering in 2019 ended in failure. Differing interests in (not) regulating geoengineering are compounded by clashing views of what reliable knowledge is, how future risks should be assessed and acted upon and how global decisions should be made.
