The Food Systems Research Network for Africa (FSNet-Africa) is hosting this year’s second Summer School at the University of Leeds from the 20th of June 2022. It follows up on the succesful first University of Pretoria (UP) Summer School that was held online in January 2022. The summer school aims to build capacities and strengthen networks. FSNet-Africa Fellows will spend an exciting two weeks at the University of Leeds, where they will participate in research training activities.
CGD warmly welcomes all the African scholars and partners to Leeds including Dr. Bertha Bangara-Chikadza (Malawi University of Science and Technology) and Dr Freda Elikplim Asem (University of Ghana) who will be working with Co-Director of CGD, Dr Emma-Louise Anderson. The school will allow their research team to explore collaboration opportunities with the broader Leeds academic community.
